Seller and acceptance

Explovie is operated by T Next Pty Ltd, a South African business. These terms govern your use of the service and your relationship with T Next Pty Ltd. By using or continuing to use Explovie, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or have appropriate permission, and have authority to act for any organisation you represent.

The service

Explovie lets you create and share personalised digital greeting cards through private links. You choose artwork from our existing design collection, add written messages and select available background music. Customers cannot upload photographs, audio or videos. Optional AI writing help suggests greeting text; it is not a general-purpose content-generation service. Personal and Together cards are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. The finished card link is sent to the buyer, who decides when and how to share it. Anyone with the private link may view the card, so share it only with intended recipients and keep organiser links confidential.

Acceptable use

Use Explovie for lawful, respectful personal greetings, celebrations and messages of support. These rules apply to card messages, Together contributions, writing-help prompts and the way you share card links. You must not use Explovie unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, harass or threaten others, impersonate someone deceptively, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or disclose another person's sensitive information without permission. Do not submit or request hate speech, content promoting violence or illegal activity, sexually exploitative content, any sexual content involving children, deceptive deepfakes, malware or instructions to create malware. You must not probe, scrape or interfere with the service or its security, bypass writing-help safeguards, or circumvent access or payment restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your messages and use of writing suggestions comply with these rules and applicable law.

Ownership and permission to use

T Next Pty Ltd retains ownership of the Explovie service and its intellectual property, including our software, documentation and branding, except for third-party materials licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and share your purchased cards for their intended purpose. You may not resell the service, redistribute its design library, reverse engineer it, or circumvent technical limits.

Your content and writing help

You retain rights in your original messages and other content you provide. You grant T Next Pty Ltd permission to host, process and display that content solely to provide and support your card. You must have the necessary rights and consent for your inputs and are responsible for your prompts and use of outputs. AI writing suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate; review them before sharing. They are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee AI output is unique or eligible for copyright; any rights available to you remain subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

Content complaints and moderation

To report harmful, unlawful or allegedly infringing content, email hello@explovie.online with the relevant card link and a description of the concern. Rights holders should also identify the work concerned and their authority to act. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter writing-help outputs, and suspend accounts or access for serious or repeated infringement or other policy violations. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Payments and Paddle

Prices are shown in euros at checkout and charged per card; the checkout confirms the total and applicable taxes before payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. An approved full refund disables the associated card link.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance or perpetual availability of card links. Maintenance, network failures and third-party interruptions may affect access. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a defective service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent risks may require immediate action. Unpaid cards are deleted after seven days. Content no longer needed is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Notice, subject to legal retention requirements.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by South African law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms and publish the effective date on this page. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights in an existing purchase.
